VPLS has partnered with ACS, Inc. and the Orange County Enterprise Data Center to offer our customers the most state of the art facility in Southern California. Boasting over 65,000 square feet of raised, ventilated flooring and other amenities, our fully redundant facility was designed to be safe and secure. As a VPLS colocation customer you are entitled to use the 24x7x365 Help Desk support staff for minor technical support, troubleshooting, and remote hands. On top of that, you have access to VPLS technical support staff and field engineers through online portal.

Services

VPLS offers colocation services starting at half a cabinet or 21 rackmount units (RMU) up to large custom built cage and two post rack setups depending on needs. All cabinets are secured with a lock that only the Help Desk team can open. All cabinets either 21 or 42 RMU come with full redundant power connected to 2 different power distribution units. Additional and custom power requirements are also available such as 220V, twist lock connection, or even DC power.

Network connectivity is provided through VPLS starting at 1 Mbps per month graphed at the 95^th percentile of traffic. Bandwidth increments are purchased at 1 Mbps with discounts starting over a 10 Mbps commitment. VPLS also works in conjunction with AT&T, Time Warner and Cox Communications in order to offer data and voice T1 back hauling services from your office to our facility.
