Dynamic Auto Attendant - Your auto attendant welcomes your callers and guides them to the appropriate employee or department. Upload your custom greeting through the web, record it over the phone, or enlist the aid of our professional voice talents to create a recording for you. Call distribution Our hosted PBX/VoIP services allow you to set up custom call distribution. Incoming calls can ring phones in a round-robin fashion, or you can choose other ring options like most idle time, skill-based the more traditional simultaneous ringing.

Single Number Reach - Ring your mobile phone and desk phone and seamlessly transition between them both with Single Number Reach (Mobility) features. You can ring up to 5 destinations at the same time. If you need to leave the office simply transfer the call to your mobile phone and when you can back simply hang up your mobile phone and pick up your desk phone to resume the call.

Survivability – Cisco SRST (remote survivability) support in case your connection to VPLS goes down your phone system still works! While the WAN or Internet VPN link is down you’ll still be able to dial out and your business can still be able to make internal and outbound calls. Cisco SRST also allows for conferencing and many other features you would normally have when the WAN link is up. With our Enhanced Alternate Routing your inbound calls will also be preserved through the telephone provider like AT&T or Paetec.
