VPLS operates two vTAC’s as well as staff every datacenter with onsite 24/7 engineers bringing the total count to seven – 24/7 operations.

Remote Hands

Customers may request VPLS to perform “remote hands” service on Customer’s equipment within VPLS datacenters or other areas in the same datacenter (One Wilshire, 600 West 7th etc.). There is no charge for VPLS’s remote hands service for VPLS colocation customers. Remote hands service involves VPLS personnel physically touching the customer’s equipment and ensuring the customer can access the server with thorough troubleshooting.

VPLS also offers Remote Hands and outsourced datacenter management in any of our staffed datacenters. We understand that smaller companies are not able to provide the man power required to operate 24x7 environment and here to help alleviate those pains. Our professional staff ensure the highest quality work is performed for your customer. We even offer dedicated telephone access and even billing / CRM services.
