Senior Windows Systems Engineer (Onsite work)

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of On-Premise and Azure Active Directory
Deploy Office/Microsoft 365 Environments
Deploy Azure AD Environments
Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility
Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments
Deployment of Infrastructure improvements on Client environments
Assist in maintaining and deploying other Client applications and environments
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; contribute to and maintain system standards
Perform daily system and security monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs
Perform daily backup operations, ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media and integrity checked regularly
Provide support to various end user by request
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required; maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
Participate in the design, implementation and management of workload automation initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, IT or Telecommunication) or equivalent applicable experience required
3 years + as a Windows System Administrator or similar role with 5 years of IT industry experience
Good command of Thai and English (Written and Verbal).
Experience in Windows server operating systems (Server 2016,2019,2022) and advanced troubleshooting
Administration and advanced troubleshooting experience with Windows Enterprise Technologies such as Active Directory, PKI, DNS, DHCP and common networking technologies
(MCP) Microsoft Certified Professional or (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
Experience engineering support of Active Directory, DNS, and any additional Microsoft, Citrix and VMware products
Experience with Active Directory including AD forest migration, remediation and consolidation, as well as a strong foundation in other directory service technologies including GPO, DNS and DHCP
Hands on experience designing and configuring Microsoft Windows (Server and End User) technology including Antivirus, patch management and other System Administration tools
Experience developing detailed Windows Administrative standards, design, and implementation documentation
Experience capacity planning, performance monitoring and maintenance planning to ensure high availability
Work closely with network engineering in the development, coordination, troubleshooting of enterprise network security systems and implementation of appropriate rulesets and configurations for firewalls, load balancers, intrusion detection systems, routers and switches
Participate with implementation of solutions involving data encryption, data masking, secure file transfers, and data leakage prevention. Supports new initiatives related to regulatory mandates
Experience implementing/supporting desktop virtualization such as VDI and DaaS
Assist in maintaining Application Packaging Standards / Desktop Standards / Hardware Imaging / OS Patches, etc.

Senior Network and Security Engineer (Onsite work)

Job Description Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, IT or Telecommunication) or equivalent applicable experience required.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field. Preferably in a Data Center or hosting company.
Good command of Thai and English (Written and Verbal).
Good knowledge of network protocols, routing, and network security technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Team player with the ability to work in a team and individual contributor.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Perform project design and management (technical design, project delivery management).
Strong sense of urgency, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Good customer service orientation and follow-up skills are required.
Good organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly, in a fast-paced changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as within teams required.

Senior Network Engineer Responsibilities:

Collaborating with network architects to design and implement functional company networks.
Configure and deploy an array of network devices (switches, routers, wireless controller & access points, WAN optimizer, firewall, etc).
Creating and implementing network security measures.
Work with IT security team on Cybersecurity related projects.
Support and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network/telecom capacity meets existing and future requirements.
Administration of customer network, system deployment, and support.
Managing and mentoring junior Network Engineering staff.
Conducting regular network performance tests.
Delegating networking maintenance tasks to staff.
Dealing with escalated network support issues.
Drawing up network status reports.

Senior Network Engineer Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Brocade, and Juniper.
Knowledge of networking hardware including CPUs, wiring, and routers.
Overall comprehension of routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
Familiarity with network analysis tools, control models, and system security.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Have extended experience with Fortinet product
Have extended experience with Juniper product
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a must.
Candidates with CCNP/CCDP will be an added advantage.
